The wedding
We are very excited to invite you to our wedding, which will take place on the weekend of the 4th and 5th of July.
Everything will take place in a beautiful 16th century estate that belonged to Queen Elizabeth II, located on the outskirts of Saelices, it is a place that we loved for its natural beauty and tranquility.
On Friday 4th July, we will start with a pre-wedding in the evening. It will be a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and enjoy ourselves together. We want this occasion to help our families and friends come together and have a good time.
On Saturday 5th July, we will be getting married at 12:30h, followed by a reception, a delicious banquet and a dinner party to continue celebrating.
Finally, on Sunday we hope to say goodbye with lots of beautiful memories of this special weekend.
We are very excited to share this day with all of you.
Our story
In 2014, she left behind her homeland, Badajoz, and arrived in Madrid with her heart divided between excitement and vertigo, not knowing that something big awaited her.
He arrived in 2018 from Cartagena, convinced that the big city was no place for him... and that he was more interested in the calm and the mountains, but life had other plans.
Our paths crossed in 2019, in the most casual way: as neighbours. And almost without realising it, our lives began to intertwine. There was always some excuse to visit each other's house, and continue sharing moments: barbecues, training sessions in the garden, breakfasts with tomato toast and lots of ham, laughter, and long conversations in which we always wanted to talk more and more.
Over time, our relationship grew stronger and together we set out to explore the world. We travelled, discovered new places, lived adventures, and some absurd anecdotes. Until one day we decided to take the next step and start a life together under the same roof. We did it, and it was the best decision, even if... we still argued about the right side to hang the toilet paper.
Years later we decided to return to the place where we first travelled together, a beautiful lake in Somiedo, Asturias. And there at the top of that mountain that stole our breath away, both for the views and for how steep it was..., it was the perfect place to get engaged.
After five years full of love, complicity and laughter, we want to celebrate a very special chapter: our marriage.
